Frequently asked questions
What does the match score measure?
How well a candidate's skills and experience, as read from their profile, cover the role's requirements. It's there to help you compare candidates, not to replace your judgement.
Does the AI reject candidates?
No. MyTalentPool never shortlists or rejects a candidate on its own. A recruiter makes every one of those decisions.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
It will sometimes. Every score comes with its reasons so you can spot a mismatch quickly, and you can always add candidates to a role yourself.
